Predictions for the local elections

As many of you have correctly deduced, I've been held hostage by PIRATES over the last two weeks, so all my plans for local election blogging and podcasting were sent into total disarray.  However, in an act of inspiring humanity, they did give me my mobile phone back for long enough for me to pass on my predictions for the election to the Sunday National.  You can read the predictions HERE.  As you'll probably spot, there's a small error close to the top - my reply to the "what's changed for the SNP since 2017" question is attributed to "MM" rather than "JK".

I'm off the pirate ship now, so if I can recover from my ordeal in time I'm hoping to record a podcast explaining the voting system at some point before Thursday.

  3. The WGD numpties are truly deranged (apart from one or two exceptions). They cannot accept that Sturgeon can do any wrong. In fact they cannot accept that anyone in the SNP can do any wrong. The latest to get a deranged pasting from them is McColl who had the nerve to calll Sturgeon a liar. Well she is a liar. He got that right. She lied non stop in the Inquiry in to her actions re the persecution of Salmond. Is Sturgeon as big a liar as Johnston - perhaps not - but she is well on her way to matching him.

  4. The Scottish government can find the time to debate fireworks at Holyrood but nothing on setting a date for Indyref2 despite wee Patrick Harvie saying some time ago that it would be debated "soon". The SNP are taking the pish out of the yes movement but numpties are blind.
