Later in this video I also make an offer to Sara Salyers of a video debate, given that she and her supporters suddenly seem to have such an almighty bee in their bonnet about me. But I strongly suspect that, just like Stuart Campbell when I made him an identical offer a few weeks ago, she'll mysteriously find that she's too busy washing her hair or something.

Dear James can you explain how if a person votes for let's say the Monkey party on the list how then can that person's vote be transferred to say the Giraffe party when you did not vote for that?
ReplyDeleteIt can't. It's not a transferable system. You may be getting it mixed up with the Single Transferable Vote system used for local council elections, although even in that system your vote can't be transferred to a party you didn't vote for.
