I have flagged up Campbell’s utter stupidity and ignorance on matters Scottish/legal before. Only a remnant of his support remains. He is increasingly desperate for hits and will say anything to get them. The small hard core of mouth frothers will not endure. Even they will have a break point. When the frothers stop sending money Campbell will embark upon another project. Farage will be part of that project.
I think the term has lost its power being so overused. People know what racism is and criticising a government for bombing the stuffing out of people isn't racism. I think Israel's actions have blown the 'antisemitism' fig leaf once and for all.
Belarus sanctioned by UEFA for assisting Russia against Ukraine. Israel carrying out a genocide are given approval by UEFA. The UK assisting a genocide by Israel are also given approval by UEFA. Money talks and overrides morals and basic humanity.
Both not guilty and not proven are acquittal verdicts with identical legal effects and meanings. In practice juries may use them differently to create a different emphasis - ie. a not proven verdict may imply that there was evidence the jury found somewhat convincing but they still didn't feel it met the threshold of beyond reasonable doubt.
Ask the court of public opinion and they'll tell you something completely different Not proven=guilty Not guilty of the charges= guilty of the charges not laid Admonished= guilty but you're not a bad person so go away In short if the public don't hear the word innocent then guilt is always implied

Nicola Sturgeon on Good Morning Britain this morning punting her book. She says she does not like flags including the Scottish flag the Saltire. The interviewer actually had to check with her that she was still a Scottish nationalist. If only she had put the same effort in to getting indyref2.
Sturgeon asked on GMB did you fail. She says no she didn’t fail. I agree she did a great job for Great Britain. She divided the yes movement and wasted many opportunities for IRF2. Her natural home is the British Labour Party.
