Today's YouTube commentary is about the latest weekly GB-wide YouGov poll, and in particular its Scottish subsample - which is another good news story for the SNP. You can watch via the embedded player below, or at the direct YouTube link.
This is great for the SNP. Meaningless if you want independence. A result like this would get them back to 40+ MPs, all enjoying London life and forgetting what they went there for. Been there. Done that. Never again.
It remarkable how Labour have self destructed, no matter your political view the rate is exemplarary.
It's no joke though! This is going to hurt.
Immigration is going to haunt them, the shifting of the desk chairs at cabinet level, do they think the UK population are going to not see it's all pathetic and downright dangerous economically. The price of food is shooting up for example.
It was interesting how Farage predicted a GE in 2027.
Completely unrelated and for the curious, George Galloway.. yes I know.. but it's well worth a visit when he made a video about Ukrainian models setting fire to things and how that risked national security and when that might eventually come to court.. I think he predicted 2027.
Again unrelated, the Nick Brown sacking that has never been explained has been brought up by Allison Pearson (Times)
Over the last few day Mandlesons.. "birthday stuff and Espein is getting some coverage.
I hope Mr Swinney is reading the tea leaves and planning for a reform UK majority possibly earlier than expected.
2/ Putting together a strategy that will benefit Scotland.
Cast your mind back my friends to when Murrell explained (in their kitchen) that a lot of his role was "fire firghting" and how that relates to labour.
The SNP have a great opportunity to see what's coming down the pipe and develop a proper strategy that will advance indy.
But unless they do it quick reform will just change the Scotland act, change the short money and anything else that comes to mind.
So Mandelson sacked less than 24 hrs after Starmer supported him in the commons. Labour luvvies believe they are entitled to big cars, trips and yachts and free hols with extras. I see the bbc has brought in Catherine McLeod of the Herald as an independent journalist but who worked for Alister Darling! Labour inflltrate all areas of our lives to keep us plebs in our place.
The famous yacht off Corfu in 2008. Owned by a Russian oiigarch. His guests included Mandelson, George Osbourne, Rupert Murdoch, hedge fund manager Nat Rothschild and Tory fund raiser Andrew Feldman. Birds of a feather flock together !
Hopefully those who still have SNP membership will see what is coming for the wretched Starmer gang and support the independence centred initiatives at forthcoming party conference.
If you think we are a cash cow colony with minimal influence now wait until Nige's Engnat, racist spivs get into the driving seat !
Good news indeed for the SNP.
ReplyDeleteSpiffing! The Union has never been in a more parlous state. Nessie’s tuning up her bagpipes in expectation.
DeleteThree things I luv most:
Delete3. Nessie
2. Far right podcasts
1. CHRIS!!!!! (Not telling U which 1 tho)
Encouraging for SNP.

Ah, so you're happy with the status quo of unionist MPs, apparently. I can't say I agree, but each to his own.
DeleteThanks for taking the time to do that James.
ReplyDeleteHeadline in Herald:
ReplyDelete"Swinney played a blinder with Trump — but will it shift the dial on whisky?"
Will the Herald hold Starmer accountable if the Whisky deal falls through? it's up to Starmer, Swinney's done his job
DeleteAye I can mind when the SNP were nudging near 50%. Wonder what happened.
ReplyDeleteNormality kicked in and they started functioning like any other party in western Europe, where 50% support for a political party is almost unheard of.

That's a timely caution. The next GE might be way earlier than anyone expects, with the House of Cads blowing in the wind.
DeleteAnon at 11.02. When you come in from the pub try to not go online and make a complete tit of yourself. We appreciate your faux concern.
ReplyDelete"We appreciate"
DeleteYou are Queen Victoria and I claim my £5
Pretty sure she is dead. You still on the sauce? Was it an all nighter? Silly billy.
DeleteYour certainly a dead ringer for her
DeleteOff topic, so apologies.
ReplyDeleteJames, are you aware there’s a recent More in Common poll out?
You mean the one last week? Absolutely, I did a whole video about it. You must have missed it, but here it is -

Enjooooooy.
Yes, the one last week. Just noticed it earlier myself.
DeleteAh OK, I got in ahead of you, then. Hope you enjoyed the video.

John Swinney’s independence policy is guaranteed to fail. He knows it. I know it. I suspect you know it? Solution?
Delete9.11pm you are correct. The conclusion to be drawn is that it was never intended to be an independence policy in the first place.
