Stew on Twitter: "People voting SNP for independence." pic.twitter.com/Y8U4XQ2SWA

OK, Stew, now do people voting Reform UK "for independence".
Then do bloggers telling independence supporters that voting for a far-right unionist party will somehow get them what they want.
Then do your trademark "to *win* independence, we must first *kill* independence" spiel.
I'd imagine the video you're looking for will be something along the lines of...
Yeh I see the bbc are pushing the idea of snp supporters are voting Reform- based on liebour protestations during the recent council elections. Funny the bbc forgot to mention the newsworthy aspect of the winning candidates past as described in the National. At the end of the day Labour Reform Tories Lib Dem The Communist party of GB are all pro Brit parties controlled by London.
ReplyDeleteUnder it's current leadership, and with the present blindness to political reality that the majority of party conference attenders showed recently, the SNP will not achieve independence.
ReplyDeleteThere are still two reasons to vote SNP:
- it is the best vote available to block, fascist leaning Reform;
- SNP governments are a rather less obnoxiously anti social than the available UK parties.
The stupid argument - 'destroy to create' has been tried before !
Have a look at the KPD in early 1930's Germany. They ran with a slogan that roughly went, 'After Hitler Us Next'.
Worth looking at how well that went.
The twisted psychology of one right wing crank whose ego has led him into this nonsense is of no consequence to our future.
Push on to secure the vote and explain to people in the SNP branches what a dead end the party's 'strategy' for independence presently is.
Your first reason to vote SNP is debatable.
DeleteOn the list, in some regions, it is an undoubted fact that an SNP vote rather than a Scottish Green vote will help Reform win seats.
But, I agree with you that they are slightly less bad than any other option, generally.
Who sells this stupid idea that if you vote SNP Reform gets in?
DeleteJust how dumb are people becoming to buy this shit from anti SNP campaigners?
I see the odious Douglas Alexander is concerned about other countries interfering in Scotlands democracy. He should look in the mirror to see someone who works for a foreign power interfering in its democracy and exploiting its natural resources.
ReplyDeleteYou refer to England but behind them are US right wing groups and their money capturing British politicians for their own ends. Interference from Russia is tiny compared to that. Note I say British, Scottish politicians of all parties are targeted including some in the SNP.
DeleteAye Stu Mac -we believe you
DeleteCampbell is nuts.
ReplyDeleteNuts, Or compromised
DeleteI've just seen the farmers in Brussels. Mr Campbell should think himself lucky to live in England. If he'd been in Brussels he might have had potatoes thrown at time. What a waste of tatties.
DeleteI had to counter a narrative on the Guardian btl that large numbers of SNP supporters were turning to Reform. It’s a lie. The G eventually removed the post containing the lie. No expectation that the BBC and MSM up here will do the same.
ReplyDeleteI wonder if the Graun btl post was by the letter-number gobbledygook poster? A real anti-Scot he/she is.
DeleteJoanna Cherry says:- " Newspaper reports that more than one female SNP MSP was spied on by her own staff members. This was the climate created under the Sturgeon leadership. It's a climate of fear in which I worked for years about which I wrote in my forthcoming memoir."
ReplyDeleteNow that's a book I will purchase in due course. Sadly she will not be able to tell the truth about the plot to send Salmond to jail as she will end up like Craig Murray serving time in an Edinburgh jail. Credit where credit is due it was a very smart move to get this court restriction put on the identities of Sturgeon's gang.
Is that all you've got IFS ? constant accusations about Sturgeon?
DeleteYou've really lost the plot in your rage about that woman now
BTW Joanna Cherry is a known twister of the truth when it suits her
Catch-22 perhaps for Ms Cherry, given her privileged KC status. She appears to be a bit OTT with her interpretations of the words and behaviours of others, a great deal of which comes down to what she seems to say are her 'theories' as opposed to indisputable facts. A KC surely is unlikely to have any need to avoid telling the 'truth' under any circumstances and if she has/had concrete evidence there was any such thing as a plot to 'send Salmond to jail', her legal status and reputational obligation would surely have demanded that she fully present it formally a LONG time ago - and not wait until she decided to write a book about herself. If she has been sitting on concrete evidence that there was any 'plot' to have Mr Salmond jailed and did not formally present it - does that not mean she could be declared guilty of perverting the course of justice? All sounds a bit airy fairy to be honest.
DeleteI think ifs is one of the Albanist clan. Remember them.
DeleteIfs “Sadly she will not be able to tell the truth about the plot to send Salmond to jail as she will end up like Craig Murray serving time in an Edinburgh jail.” Surely ifs you are not implying a Kings Council would not tell the truth. Yeh I think you are linked with the Alba gang.
Delete9.19am “ concrete evidence” like the evidence from the alphabetty who claimed attempted rape but was proven not to be there when she said it happened. Or how about the “ concrete evidence “ of another alphabetty who claimed Salmond leaned over and stretched his arm over the car centre console with a phone built in and put his hand on her knee for the duration of the journey yet her husband and the driver saw or heard nothing. Seems some court cases need different types of concrete evidence before they are dismissed as nonsense.
DeleteAnon at 11.34am you think wrong.
DeleteAnon at 2.54pm - you need to get a tattoo on the back of your hand
Delete“ no ifs no buts 19/10/23” to remind you of Sturgeon’s treachery.
Presumably anon@5:19 and 5:23 is just someone impersonating the ifs guy. Got nothing better to do with your time?
DeleteAnon at 7.27pm the Independence for Scotland guy says you presume wrong. You got nothing better to do with your time than post nonsense?
DeleteSo Cherry is telling the truth about one thing but isn't going to tell the truth about something else? and that's the book you're going to buy? the one without any truth in it?
ReplyDeleteThat about sums you up right there IFS, a lying internet trolling twonk
Another anon troll at 2.34pm who needs to get that tattoo “ no ifs no buts 19/10/23 “ to remind them of how gullible they are. It seems there is a plentiful supply of these numpties who have learned nothing over the last 11 years.
DeleteStill think someone is impersonating ifs.
DeleteNo orange moniker is the giveaway.
Numpty at 5.46pm - thinking is clearly your problem. Not very good at it are you. Your posts are the giveaway.
DeleteThe Presiding Officer has made a full statement and it seems to me that it is a local issue and animosity thing. Ifs and for that matter Cherry should recognise the abuse the former FM had to deal with constantly. I think Cherry has been to quick off the mark to attack the previous FM. I believe some individuals were jailed due to the nature of the threats to Nicola Sturgeon incidentally. Ifs, come on be a pal and stop your mysogenist behaviour.
ReplyDeleteAnother anon who can’t spell misogynist but loves to throw the term about.
Delete11.11am - sure Sturgeon got plenty of abuse but nobody plotted with their pals to make up false accusations to send her to jail. Nobody else led independence supporters along with false promises for about a decade while losing track of £600k of monies raised for indyref2. She also hid her non binary status while promoting her self id policy. Sturgeon is a charlatan with a husband who has been charged with embezzlement.
