The Scottish subsample from the latest GB-wide YouGov poll is extraordinary, not just for the scale of the SNP lead, but also because it shows Labour on course to lose all of their Scottish seats at Westminster - not even Ian Murray would be left standing. Find out all about it in today's YouTube commentary - you can watch via the embedded player below, or at the direct YouTube link.
It'll be very sad to lose Ian Murray as an MP. He is a political giant that few democratic countries could boast of having in their national legislatures. After he loses his seat I hope some kind-hearted lady or gentleman from the Labour Party will reward Mr Murray with a seat in the House of Lards with access to generous expenses, subsidised dining and a pillow. If all goes well, he might never need to return to Edinburgh. Mr Mureay, your contribution to national life has been signal.
ReplyDelete37% is excellent for the SNP
ReplyDeleteSome might say this is a terrible result for IFS. Probably all part of his masterplan for alba though.

DeleteJames,
ReplyDeleteCould you please show in print on the website the polls on which you are commenting in the videos. I like to study them at length. I also like to look back on older ones. The still at the beginning of the videos where the poll figures appear usually has the play arrow obliterating the middle of the screen, and as soon as you hit play, they are gone.
Thanks.
