Dennis Noel Kavanagh : "stay angry"

16 comments:

  1. AGAINST ALL PREDICTIONS, Stuart Campbell has today written a FIFTEENTH Wings post in a row about the trans issue.

Only four more to go until he makes it to...

But I'm sure that won't happen. It's not like he's nursing a lunatic obsession or anything.

    1. On past form I thought yesterday was the day he might break off from the sequence of trans posts to victim-blame the Hillsborough 96. So perhaps we should just admire his self-restraint.

    2. In all seriousness, the claims he's made about Hillsborough are despicable:

    3. Victim blaming, characteristic of the scumbag.

  2. James, I know you're probably blocked by RevStu on Twitter, but if you can find any possible way of viewing his account, please do. You've really rattled him with the Wings Watch posts. He's gone to the trouble of putting them all in a video, and setting them to the tune of Bring Me Sunshine by Morecambe and Wise. He's digitally altered the blog title to 'Scot Goes Plop' (the sort of gag a toilet-fixated 8 year old boy might, at a stretch, find funny for about five seconds) and added "in 2011" to the bit about "voted one of Scotland's top 10". Of course he's frantically trying to pass it off as "light hearted" and "comic relief", but he doesn't go to those lengths unless he's properly seething. Keep up the good work.

Rain or shine, Stu will be there, just followin' you around, dum-ba-dum-ba-dum-dum:

    1. That's rather amusing, but not in the way he thinks, because Scot Goes Pop existed in 2011, but its readership at that point consisted of the proverbial two men and a penguin.

If you post a direct link, I can probably view it in an incognito tab.

    2. James, the people who were suddenly harassing you on Twitter today? Not a coincidence - they were almost certainly taking their cue from Campbell's infantile video last night. So many of his followers are just sheep. They don't even attempt to think for themselves.

  3. Very entertaining. Is Mr Kavanagh a pivotal voice in the independence movement? I'm afraid I've never heard of him.

    1. He's certainly not part of the independence movement - he rather gave the game away a couple of weeks ago by saying that all "decent nationalists had given up on independence". Until then he had posed as a friend to independence supporters who oppose gender self-ID, but his constitutional agenda seems to be firmly anti-devolution, let alone anti-independence. He passionately supported Alister Jack's imperial veto, and thinks Holyrood politicians are student "amateurs" and are unfit for office.

Beyond that I know little about him other than that he seems to be some sort of London barrister. If he has any connections at all to Scotland, they're not immediately apparent, but he seems to be rather obsessed with our country and keeping us under the London thumb. He frequently makes admiring comments about Tory politicians but panics and tries to change the subject whenever he's asked if he supports the Tory party.

    2. He was a barrister. He no longer is one. He was a Labour party member years ago but almost certainly no longer is.

He has major issues with internet addiction and has been on a downward spiral for over a decade. Count up his tweets and retweets, he often hits 100 a day, all on the trans issue.

His father, Martin Kavanagh of Luton, is a big part of the reason why he is this fucked up. Watch Dennis, he is extremely volatile.

  4. Just when you thought the deranged, demented ramblings of the deluded, mad as a bucket of frogs, British/Irish liar Skier couldn't get more perverse. He continues to peddle the line that the SNP leadership have a well prepared but top secret ( and most likely genius) plan to gain independence that they cannot possibly share with the public at large or even their own party for strategic security reasons of course that they will foist upon the British government at the last minute to catch them unaware and off guard.

At the same time he continues to trot out the line that none of this planning is necessary as his Ski slope/Ski jump graphs show that Scotland will become independent when it wants to be and it's just a matter of time as we should all wait because Scotland doesn't want to be independent yet.

ENOUGH OF THE NONSENSE, ENOUGH OF THE LIES SKIER!

    1. According to Skier, 2014 vintage, there was a majority for independence in 2014. I'm slightly puzzled as to why there wouldn't still be a majority for independence nine years later, unless of course the ski slope runs backwards.

    2. Congratulations, you've successfully become early Stuart Campbell and are attracting all the same followers he had

    3. That was probably meant as an insult but I'll take it as a compliment. Early Stuart Campbell was a long way from perfect, but he was a very, very different person from now. He used to do crazy stuff like actually make the case for independence now and again.

  5. Have you seen the video Stuart Campbell posted about you, James? What a nutjob. He needs help.
