RUPERT LOWE, of all people, could be the unintentional midwife of Scottish independence, just as Mrs Thatcher was the midwife of devolution

  1. Wouldnt the Greens (Eng + Wales) demand Proportional representation more?

    1. The ugly problem with replacing first past the post is that any party promising it has to come first. And whenever they manage to do that, the system favours them so much that they really don't want to go ahead with it. So they'll stall electoral improvements with extensive consultations, then leave it dying in committee while the next election rolls past and resets the process.

Not to worry independence supporters Scottish Skier claims all this sordid corruption in the SNP has been good for Independence and Independence is coming soon. It is worth noting Skier has been saying Independence is coming soon since 2016. Does more than a decade fit well with the word soon?

    1. My angelic darling, why are you breaking my heart with disappointment? You haven't used any of your famed witty phrases. You know we all look forward to seeing them... as we cherish the sun that rises each morning.

    2. Yes, “soon” fits well with the passage of a decade for grown ups dealing with an issue as weighty as a country striving to regain it’s Independence. Off you go back to WOS. Give Campbell a wee cuddle. He has been made to look as big an arsehole as you.

  3. Police Scotland have just announced there will be no new investigation by them into the SNP over the £600,000 newly complained about by Sean Clerkin.

  6. Maybe the Ferret could do an investigation into Clerkin and his contacts. That would be enlightening.

  7. Your pal Stu has also written in the hope the police/COPFS might open a case against the SNP. The same grounds as covered by Sean the sheep. His letter and the police statement may have crossed in the post :-)

    1. The WOS letter is hilarious. Police Scotland are going to have to waste time answering it. I suggest they keep it short and sweet.

      Dear Sir
You are a thick wee wank. Get a life. We are busy, so feck off.
      Yours sincerely

  10. Clerkin reminds me of Adam Busby (remember him?) so called Scottish patriot. Any time the SNP were doing well in the polls, Busby would try some stunt like warning the authorities about a bomb threat.I suspect he was working for British black ops.
