Much of Scotland's housing is stone built and cannot accept cavity wall insulation.<BR/><BR/>The Greens were offered a pilot scheme which they could use to check the costings of using both external and internal insulation but they refused. Then they were asked to change their policy to include stone homes and nothing was produced.<BR/><BR/>So they brought this upon themselves. I have no sympathy with them.
